How do I reset my password or set my security questions?

NWACC uses MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) to login to campus services, and, at times, may ask you to answer security questions or receive a code at an alternate email or via text to your phone.



If you need to reset your password, your security questions, or your alternate email or phone number, you can do that in MyNWACC, in the upper left corner under "Account Information."

IT office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
