I tried logging into a database and it says my account is suspended. What do I do?

If you see a message that your account has been suspended (see below), please contact either the library or the IT help desk.

You can contact the library via online chat, call at 479-619-3154 or 479-619-4244, or email us at library@nwacc.edu.

You can contact the IT Help Desk at 479-619-4397 or email them at techsupport@nwacc.edu.

IT office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Try using the Arkansas State Library's resources, which are available to all people in Arkansas.
Your browser needs to share your location so they know you are in the state.

 

If you are not enrolled or teaching in the ongoing semester, your account will not be active.
