Do I have to attend all 8 workshops in one semester?
Students can earn a special recognition stamp on their NWACC transcript for participating in at least 8 of the Library's Academic Literacy Workshops.
Answer
The 8 workshops needed to earn the transcript stamp are counted over the student's NWACC career. They do not need to be completed in a single semester. In fact, the Library offers a different series of workshops each semester, so check the calendar.
Make sure to register using your NWACC email address, which is your username for us to track your participation.
We count at the end of each semester and report names to the College's Registrar, who adds the stamp to your transcript.
